Return Window
You may request a refund within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is in original condition and packaging.
How to Request a Refund

Non-Refundable Items
Custom accessories or limited-edition modules
Shipping fees (unless the product is defective)
Defective Products
If OMO is defective, we’ll replace it or offer a full refund including shipping.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
